Best of Sexy LLC operates a digital content platform featuring both fictional, AI-generated characters and content uploaded by verified human creators. We are committed to compliance with all applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. §75 (“Section 2257”).

Compliant Content

In accordance with Section 2257, all human creators who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Best of Sexy were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the content was produced. Proper age verification and identity documentation are collected during our Know Your Creator (KYC) onboarding process before any creator is permitted to upload content.

All required records are maintained by the Records Custodian and are available for inspection by authorized government officials at the address listed below.

Exempt Content

Any visual depictions that do not involve actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, or that are purely AI-generated, are exempt from the requirements of Section 2257 because:

  1. They do not involve real human beings in the production of sexually explicit content;
  2. They do not portray actual conduct listed under 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A);
  3. They are created solely through AI technology under the creative control of Best of Sexy LLC or our internal team;
  4. The company is not a “producer” as defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c) with respect to exempt materials.
